Celebrity Birthdays
Demi Moore turns 49 today! I wonder if her husband, Ashton Kutcher will celebrate it with her today (unlike his wedding anniversary). Either way, I say she's looking pretty great for almost 50!

Leonardo DiCaprio turns 37 today! I just noticed that Leo gets to celebrate his birthday on a special day: 11/11/11. And to top it off, his latest movie J. Edgar is set for a release today! J. Edgar is a biographical drama film directed by Clint Eastwood. It focuses on the career of FBI director J. Edgar Hoover, including an examination of his private life as an alleged homosexual. Leo never stops, he may have started off as a pretty (or more like gorgeous) boy in Romeo + Juliet (one of my faves) and Titanic (also one of my faves. Hmm, maybe it’s because he is in both of them!) but he has certainly created a long list of successful movies: Inception, Shutter Islands, Revolutionary Road just to name a few.

Robert Pattinson on the Today Show

Robert Pattinson was welcomed onto the Today Show to discuss the Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part.1 that is going to be released on Nov 18th (personally, I’m giddy with excitement!). Apparently, Robert thinks that the role of the groom in a wedding is that of a prop. He says that no one on set had seen Kristen Stewart’s dress before the wedding scene and so everyone turns to look at her with the same genuine curiosity look that wedding guests usually have when the brides enters. He jokes and says “I don’t know why everyone was so excited. It’s just a white dress!” He goes on to say that Kristen had all the stress and pressure. And even discusses his insecurities when filming the love scenes from the honeymoon, one of them being Taylor Lautner’s abs!! Check it out:

George Clooney contemplated suicide! What?!

You would think that this gorgeous, lady-loving movie star would have it all figured out and have everything he could possible want. But no, apparently something caused him to think that ending it was the only answer. It wasn’t due to depression or a broken heart but from a spinal injury. When filming Syriana in 2005, he missed a stunt and sustained a spinal injury. He was in so much pain, he says “I was at a point where I thought, ‘I can’t exist like this, I can’t actually live’.” The actor was bedridden and suffering from severe headaches and spinal fluid leaks from this nose. Clooney says he even planned the method but didn’t think he could actually do it. In its place, he started drinking heavily to numb the pain. Poor George!

Enjoy the day - It's Friday!
