Over the weekend Twilight star Nikki Reed and fiancé former American Idol contestant Paul McDonald tied the knot in Malibu, California. The couple announced their engagement last June after only dating two months.
The real amazing thing about the wedding wasn't how long the couple have been together it was the bride's amazing diamond studded gown. Reed enlisted the bridal jewelry brand Tacori to not only design the wedding rings but her dress as well.
The dress was an ivory white body hugging dress with a "40s classic glamour silhouette," Tacori's Michelle Adorjan told US Weekly.
She described the dress as very simple with beautiful details. And what are those details? A 6 ft train and 100 diamond buttons down the back, which means about 100 carats of diamonds on buttons alone.
I guess diamonds really are a girls best friend.
